Collected information is used for: (1) matching members with suitable experience opportunities; (2) communicating via LINE regarding monitor opportunities; (3) providing anonymized survey feedback to partner businesses; (4) improving the Seron service.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Survey feedback shared with partner businesses is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual members.
5. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the duration of membership. Upon withdrawal (blocking the LINE account), personal data will be deleted within 30 days upon request.
