These Terms of Service govern your use of Seron (operated by Seron, a sole proprietorship). By registering via LINE, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
Seron is open to foreigners aged 18 or over who are currently residing in Japan, regardless of nationality or residence status. Since no compensation is provided, no specific visa status is required.
3. Service Description
Seron provides members with free experience opportunities (dining, beauty, cultural activities, etc.) in exchange for honest survey feedback. Experiences are subject to availability and Seron reserves the right to select participants.
4. Member Obligations
Members must: (1) provide honest and accurate survey responses after each experience; (2) attend booked experiences or cancel in advance; (3) treat partner business staff with respect; (4) not resell, transfer, or misuse any experience benefits.
5. Disclaimer
Seron makes no warranty regarding the quality of partner business experiences. Seron is not liable for any damages, injuries, or disputes arising from participation in experience monitors.
6. Termination
Members may withdraw from Seron at any time by blocking the LINE account. Seron reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for breach of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Japanese courts.
